If there’s an issue with a service you’ve booked or a product you’ve purchased from us, we want to make things right. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy to see how we can assist you.

Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your booked service up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service start time will not be eligible for a refund.

Product Issues: If you encounter any issues with the service provided, please report them to us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the matter and, if applicable, offer a partial or full refund based on our findings.

Product Returns Policy
Time Frame: Products can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, perishable goods, and custom-made items cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Contact us at info@sharedpets.com with your order number, the details of your product or service, and the reason for your return or refund request.
We will respond with instructions on how to proceed, including where to send returns if applicable.
For service-related issues, please provide detailed information about the problem you experienced to assist us in our investigation.

Refunds Process
Product Returns: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Service Refunds: After investigating a service complaint, we will inform you of our decision regarding the refund. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
